Clinical Supervision
Grounded in understanding. Rising in confidence.
I provide supervision for mental health professionals seeking a reflective, trusting space to deepen their practice. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based frameworks, supporting clinicians to strengthen their clinical judgment, navigate complexity, and sustain their well-being. In supervision, this means fostering a space where insight, confidence, and professional identity can develop with intention. Let’s connect to discuss your needs and goals. Jennifer’s Experience
With more than 10 years of clinical supervision experience, I have enjoyed working with students, early-career clinicians, and experienced practitioners to support ongoing reflection, sound clinical judgment, and the safe and effective use of self at all stages of practice, with a consistent focus on high-quality, client-centred care.
I meet the current expectations for clinical supervisors as outlined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, including being a regulated practitioner in good standing, meeting independent practice requirements, and maintaining ongoing professional development specific to clinical supervision.
