I offer individual counselling for people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, substance use concerns, big life changes, and trauma. My approach is strength-based and client-centred, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I also support individuals in navigating the mental health system. Finding the right care can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always clear where to begin. I help connect people with a range of services and resources, and support those seeking care for a loved one in understanding options and next steps.

This work is about connection. My role is to offer a space rooted in compassion and respect, and to support you as you make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Jennifer’s Experience

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 18 years of clinical experience. I hold a Professional Certificate in Maternal Mental Health and co-developed The After Baby Group, a mindfulness-based CBT program supporting postpartum well-being, strengthening resilience, and nurturing parent–infant attachment.
